Speaking God, Expanding His Glory

We gathered, we greeted… We welcomed a new member to our family!
We prayed inviting Jesus to lead our group.
We did our introductions!
First testimony – someone shared she was missing her wallet at a grocery store check-out. So, after panicking and retracing her steps she thought, “for sure it fell out of my pocket when I used my phone”. But no, it turns out after thinking all was lost, she found it lying on her car seat! Lol! Praise God! And another time after losing a puppet item for nearly 6 months, decided to prayerfully ask Jesus. And within 30 seconds she had the item in her hand! Then she shared about her friend who, in memory of his late son, Luke Messick who had sponsored an orphanage in Ghana, gathered 400 pounds of soccer gear and a book written about the boys’ orphanage in Ghana, was being delivered there to the orphanage that week. Prayers for safety and Holy spiritual encounters!
It was asked about the spiritual atmosphere in China, and it seems the Lord‘s power and presence raises up to the needs of those being persecuted, wherever they may be located in this crazy world! And then it was asked about the atmosphere in the United States? Those here feel that our Republic is returning to us along with our Christian foundations! Many thousands of baptisms are happening, mostly in California and Florida. As well as a seeming shift between those that have been kept down, by those who would keep people down. The testimony of Amy Willis was shared where Jesus showed her these “glory hubs“- spreading His presence throughout the world!
Another testimony – where she got a vision while worshiping at church of these sparks of His glory expanding everywhere! Which led to her sharing about her son’s graduation speech. That speech crushed the polluted, political bias of the town and focused on the value that Jesus has for EVERYONE - not just the selected few! It shifted the spiritual landscape in that place! So, in some things we are having a Holy effect without maybe realizing it? Sometimes we ask why we are where we are even in scary locations in the world. But the Lord needs people to reflect Him everywhere! Like the sparks she saw, His values begin to spread worldwide!
Another testimony - where he as a father is trying to teach his 10-year-old son to experience God‘s presence. Especially through music, where worship music teaches scripture. His son asked if God is really there? Does he really know how I feel? Then during the worship time together, his son chooses a video saying “I choose this one“! And behold, that song begins to speak to him deeply, and he says “whoa, that’s weird! He’s talking to me!” Then, he shared a little about “end times with his son and while looking for something relatable a half day later, selected a video he felt was pretty balanced. And lo and behold, while they were watching the video together, it was exactly what daddy said! Very cool! This is why it’s very important to have these conversations with our children! Amen!
Another testimony - at a women’s conference, at the end there was an opportunity to receive prayer. She received a word about breaking through – the minister seemed to see all the challenges she’d been working through and prayed against them. Then he released “boldness”! This gave her a wave of excitement and moved her to re-read a book by John Bevere entitled “Breaking Intimidation“. She continues to build her YouTube channel and create tracks trying to make scripture more accessible and easier to read for believers and non-believers alike. Amen!
Next, we had a member join us, just in time for our round of praying. She has a book coming out at the end of July and we will share more about that next week!
We prayed – thanking God and making Him first in our life! Salvation for family members, God will make a way! We prayed for our country and communities, and how blessed we are to have members here from overseas and across the U.S. We prayed for His orchestrating divine encounters with family members, and to be an influence among atheists all over the world! To help us get out of His way! We thanked God for the wonderful testimonies and the ability to gather as family, the gift of being salt in the world! That we would continue to see Jesus even in the small details. For a son, Nicholas’ ministry praying for the elderly! Thank God for our “My Family” gathering every week and for more testimonies to magnify His Glorious Name! Amen!
